Policies

Please arrive for your session having followed proper hygiene etiquette.

If you have a cold, flu, sore throat, stomach virus, poison oak, skin rash or anything contagious - please reschedule your appointment. If you have traveled or been around anyone that has tested Covid positive in the last two weeks, please reschedule.

It is best if you do not eat right beforehand, as some of the techniques may be uncomfortable with a full stomach, and you may not receive the full benefits of the treatment.

24-hour notice is required when rescheduling or cancelling a session. Otherwise, you will be charged in full.
