Come delight your senses and awaken your heart’s desires in the woods with me! I am so thrilled to be offering this workshop at one of my favorite places on the planet.

We will experience a variety of tantra-inspired exercises (including solo, partnered, and group practices) that will help you move forward in life feeling more connected to yourself and those around you. You will leave this workshop with new embodiment tools, intimacy tools, and a deepened sense of self awareness. There will be snack and stretch breaks, so make sure to bring whatever you need to take care of yourself, and wear something comfy you can move in.
